We love pools. Here are 5 pools on Pender Island to take a dip in this September before the warm weather leaves us for a while.
In no particular order...
#1 Poet's Cove Pool - for adults
Poet's cove is on South Pender Island. This pool is up by the cottages and heated year round as well as the hot tub. Sorry kiddos, you've got to be 19+ to get into this pool. The cost is $10 but in the off season you can also use the steam cave!
#2 Poet's Cove Pool - for families
Right by the dock overlooking the marina is the kid friendly pool. There is a great hot tub and snack store up above. This pool is seasonal and open around May til October.
#3 Browning Harbour Pool
This is a great family friendly pool right next to Bridgman's pub, Port Browning marina and campsite. It's a seasonal pool but there's no charge! FYI - no lifeguard on duty.
#4 Currents Resort Pool
This one is a bit hidden...Currents at Otter Bay has two pools - one is only for guests and the other is an Adult pool - but you can take a dip in it for $5. a great option if you're killing time before the ferry.
#5 Arcadia by the Sea
This pool isn't open to the public...but if you decide to stay here, it's heated and has an amazing ocean view!
