If you're cruising around the Southern Gulf Islands this October/November - watch out for these great events. From art to politics to apple cider, the SGI has a lot going on this fall.

In no particular order...
#1 Second Annual Fall crawl - Pender Island
Many of Pender Island’s visual artists will be opening up their studios to the public to give us a glimpse into their creative spaces. It’s a great way to get a behind-the-scenes look into an artist’s world. Maps will be available from Talisman Books, Slow Coast, and Hope Bay and watch for the road signs at the entrance to each studio.

#2 Sip and Savour - Salt Spring Island
Salt Spring Island’s favourite event is back for its 8th year. Join local and regional beverage and food producers, community members and visitors alike at the iconic Salt Spring Farmers’ Institute to taste the best Salt Spring and its surrounding region has to offer.
At Sip & Savour Salt Spring you will find breweries, cideries, distilleries and wineries along with farmers, chefs, restaurants, caterers and other food producers all focused on giving you their best, while showing you a good time.
