Sometimes we crave the chillness of a coffee shop (no TVs or shouting), but with wine. Here are 5 great coffee shops in Victoria to catch up with friends at, get some work done, have some solo time - with a glass of vino in hand.

#1 Little June - Fernwood

Share a bottle of wine before 6:00 pm. Or have a cider. In summer months there's a great little patio in the alley.

#2 JOIE French Cafe - North Park

Joie serves mimosas and an excellent variety of wine (+ happy hour) to go with their delicious sweet and savoury crepes!

#3 Tre Fantastico - Humbolt Valley

In addition great coffee (roasted at their Quadra Village location) Tre Fantastico, located in Parkside Hotel, is a great spot to have some wine. Happy hour between 5-6, they are open a little later than most coffee shops - 9:00 pm.

#4 Mosi Bakery-Cafe - Prospect Lake

Mosi is an absolute fave. Their baked goods are a must have. They also have delicious pizza, who doesn't love wine and pizza (under string light ambiance!). Head out on West Saanich Rd. and you'll find this great cafe on the corner of West Saanich and Prospect Lake Rd.

#5 Kate's Cafe - Oak Bay Beach Hotel

If you're looking for a cozy cafe, Kate's is great. Especially during Christmas (there is a wood burning fireplace)!
